Sensi-Control® Pressure Sensitive Valve

Exact Force Control - Precise control of hydraulic force is offered by the GFP/Rodgers Sensi-Control valve because the amount of pressure in the cylinder will be in direct proportion to the amount of force applied to the operating lever.  This valve is also ideal for controlling the direction of motion in a hydraulic cylinder.

Hand Operation - A hand lever may be used to actuate the Sensi-Control valve.  As the lever is moved downward the ram extends.  As resistance is met, the pressure in the cylinder increases in direct proportion to the force applied on the lever.  Port "A" is the only port at which this feature is present.  Port "B" has a maximum pressure of 1000 p.s.i. and is adjustable from zero to 1000 p.s.i. with a spring and plunger adjustment nut.

Valve Construction - Heat treated, ground and polished spools with a minimum tolerance between spool and body assure extended valve life and resistance to leakage.  Internal porting and lands are designed to resist foreign material.  In addition, the control head and cone in the pressure sensitive section are heat treated, ground, and polished.
